Looking for a mod that make npc visit playerhome

I recently tested sexlab approach redux but it was not to my liking i have a another that does the same but to my liking ,but the house visit was interesting so i wonder if there are other mod that make npc visit your player home when u are there?

 

Doesn't seem that complicated i know Aerin has at trait that make him visit Mjoll where ever she is ,so u can add a random event on a timer that gives that trait to a random npc who has a friendly relation to the player and give them the trait and boom the come to your house. I believe Idgrod the Younger in Morthal have this trait as well she follows Joric around.

 

But i am no moder i can barely make npcs in the creation kit.
