Looking for / requesting little mods

Hello. I have a few small ideas for lewd mods and curious if there's already a mod that implements them or if there's someone willing to make them.

 

1. Lewd Sandman perk replacement. Instead of just silently killing a sleeping target an AAF sex scene with the target is initialized with the player raping the target in the bed. The sex may be deadly to the target.

 

2. Some enemies randomly armed with a gun / syringer that increases the player's Arousal value from the AAF Sex Attributes mod.

 

3. Some enemies randomly armed with a gun that increases the player's Hypno conditioning level from the AAF Sexual Harassment mod.

 

4. Some enemies have "pheromone" aura around them that over time increases the player's Arousal value from the AAF Sex Attributes mod while the player is around this enemy and the enemy is alive.
