Make an NPC hair playable via SSEEdit?

I have this mod which adds SMP enabled hair to an NPC follower (Ahsoka from star wars). How would I make this playable hair I can use? Would that be through SSEEdit? Any help is greatly appreciated, I've looked around online but I think i'm too much of a noob. I tried looking at the record flags but can't add a playable tag?

It's really simple, look for the head part entry.

Hey, thank you for your reply. I am dumb and actually the "hair" in question is actually a wig/armor. Would you know how to set it as playable? It is visible on the npc ingame. I have attached the mod in question if that helps.

The armor addons don't have any flags, and the armor only has a non-playable flag. If the flag record of the armor entry is empty, that means it is already playable. If not, just remove the non-playable flag.
