[REQUEST] Special Edition - Sexlab Aroused, Experience and Static Skill Levelling

With Experience and certain variations of Static Skill Levelling (I believe this particular mod is called New Vegasized Static Skill Levelling), I can turn my Skyrim levelling into a Fallout New Vegas style system. However, that turns the penalties of high arousal non-existent since I can ignore it.

Anyways I came here to request that a patch for Sexlab aroused that changes the arousal mechanics where your skills instead get directly hit like for example, your one-handed skill is decreased by a percentage of 60% if you arousal is like 80 or higher. I could do it myself but its way beyond my current skill.

Simply disable the Desire Spell in the MCM.
