Wicked Whims issues

Hi, I'm having issues getting the wicked whims option to show up during play. I've downloaded the game, followed all instructions but when I open the game, the mods screen pops up saying wicked whims is there, my mods and scripts is turned on, but when I go to play mode, none of the features are there. When I create a new sim, I can see all the private areas if the Sim isn't clothed, but when I go into the game it's like Wicked Whims isn't downloaded. I've gone as far as to uninstall the entire game and re-install. I've also uninstalled Cottage Living because I read that the update was causing issues. I'm not sure what I am missing. I used to be able to play this without issue until the update. Do I need anything else installed with this mod? Thank you!

All Wicked Whims items are in build mode.. still no commands available?

At a first view, it seems to me that you have too many subfolders for the mod. Try to put the mod files direct in the mod-folder (without the subfolders) and check if its working or not.
