How can I get light on my character's back?

I'm currently using the Custom Light mod, but for some reason I can only really get light on my character's front, which is really annoying if you want to make some shots from behind. You can adjust X, Y and Z axes in the MCM settings, but they don't actually seem to change anything. Does anyone know how to fix this, or if there's perhaps a mod that does what I want?
