Does anyone know if there are default overrides for skirts that make them upskirts?

I've found a couple that covert a single skirt, but it turns them into new items rather than overrides.  I am hoping for something that can override all of my townies.  I don't particularly care if it shows nudity or panties, just someth8ing better than the current solid color that blocks everything higher than the bottom of the skirt.
