Need help starting quest

I can't get the quest to start what am i supposed to get from the in keeper. is it a note and what does it say ,when is speak to him about rumors he says everyone in town knows to stay away from the black door, is the door he talks about have something to do with the quest .

Firstly, Technical Support. Secondly, the black door he's talking about is probably to do with the Dark Brotherhood hideout, which probably has nothing to do with your problem, but... Thirdly, you're going to have to be more specific for anyone to figure out what quest you're talking about. Plenty of quests start with a note, especially modded ones.
