Missing npc's after uploading

Hi, I made my first mod, a dungeon.

I've followed tutorials and everything seems to have gone well.

I've navmeshed it, and tested it out in game with a couple of saves and all seems well.

 

Then I uploaded it to steam.

Made a backup of my mod and subscribed to the uploaded one.

Logged in and the dungeon was empty, no npc's anywhere.

 

So I opened that up in CK to have a look and everything was normal, saved, went in game, npc's there now.

What's going on? = (
