red and green barriers on the expressway

Hey guys,

red and green barriers can be seen on the upper expressway between the waste disposal and the police station. I enclose a screenshot of a red one. These "walls" also come in green.
This is the street where you can also find a T-45 armor.

Is this something to do with the walls or is it just a bug?

Looks like a settlement border boundary.

i think this is cause by one of the latest Unofficial fallout4 patch update. the team is aware of this and a future update will fix it (maybe it was fixed recently, haven't keep track of the latest), in the meantime theres a tempory fix that was posted on the nexus couple weeks ago
