Vagina and Anal Collisions for SOS

I have both vagina and anal collisions with https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/21224 is there anyway to apply these to SOS?

I am using CBBE 3BA and play on 1.6.4.0 AE

If I'm correct, you want orifices to stretch with insertion of penises.  Such interactions are often far too complicated for real-time rendering with any fidelity.  In layman's terms, unless you want PS1-era buttholes, it's probably not going to be able to maintain 60fps.
