the sims 4 cc wicked whims compatible lingerie

I'm making lingerie custom content for the sims 4. I make sure they are wiched whims compatible. For example, I add the Underwear CAS Template to the special content I make.

 

There is something I am wondering about.

it reacts when the sim removes the top. these reactions differ by the "nudity" ability.

Is there a way to get these reactions when I wear an underwear over cas casual clothes? eg can i add a buff to cc?
