How to avoid switching actions while moving camera down in cinematic mode?

Hey so when I'm in cinematic mode during sex, if I press Q to move my camera down it just changes the specific action to a new one. Is there any way to change this so either the action doesn't change or a new keybind can be used to move the cinematic camera down?

Use the WW settings to change the hotkey. Q is the default "advance action" hotkey, but it overlaps with the camera down hotkey. I changed mine to like T or something that I don't use when filming/recording, and it fixed everything. I think the option is in the Sex Settings menu.
