As a legman it’s a frustrated work to try to get nice looking legs with only the sliders. Finally, I gave up, and made this body preset. The size of the ankles may seem too exaggerated, but it’s done on purpose. It’s easier to size them down with the sliders than to actually create the form.

 

Since everything else of the body is a standard sim4 shape the body preset should be applied first before you change the other aspect of the body or your hard work would be undone.
