DOAXVV Modders - Is Soleil Couchant bugged on Steam?

I've removed the skirt on the newest trendy outfit Soleil Couchant and am having the strangest thing happen. The underwear frills that are under the dress seem to "flicker" when panning the camera to a low angle on the girl. Better put, if the camera is looking straight on, the lighting on the underwear frills looks correct because the dress is rendering over the underwear frills.

So now I will pan the camera down so that its at a lower angle... now the underwear frills are rendering over the dress which makes the whole outfit look stupid.

Has anyone seen this before?
I should also mention this effect occurs when viewing vanilla by hitting F2. The underwear frills are hidden behind the skirt when vanilla.. but there are other pieces of the outfit that flicker - like the sleeves and a portion of the dress along her side.
