Problems with Nisas Wicked Perversions

Hi all, i've just started getting last exception errors with Nisas Wicked Perversions, I can't travel with sims in live mode to 2 particular lots, it just keeps throwing me back to the world view screen.

I recently installed the Zerbu Lot changes mod as I wanted to change the Von Haunt Estate to a normal residental lot and the errors started after that but the last exception is showing Wicked Perversations as the problem, I've removed the lot changes mod and tested and it's still happening, the 2 problem lots are in Henford, I can't even move newly created sims into them and i've tried bulldozing the lots, leaving them empty, placing new lots into them but still getting the same error. I've done all the other fixes such as repairing the game, deleting the localthumbcache.package and reinstalling Wicked Perversions as well.

I haven't done anything with the Von Haunt Estate apart from change the lot type to residental and I moved a household into the Island Bluffs lot as a residental and that seems to be working ok.

I'm not sure what else to try, i've attached a screenshot of the last exception from better exceptions and also the LastException text file, can anyone help with this? Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Does Nisas Wicked Perversions need updating or something?
