CC (SM Sims /MYOBI, LYNX) don't work....

Hello there!

 

Here, i downloaded some CC made by SM Sims and AdultLynx but all of them are crashing my game

I started the game normally and the game don't have the time to show the plumbob that it stop by itself.

 

I tried them 50 by 50, then 20 by 20, 10 by 10 and now one by one but all of them crash the game.....

Is that normal?

Guess it depends where you downloaded them from? Sounds like they're corrupted, or outdated and needing patched.

Depending on the item they may need to be Batch Fixed in Sims 4 Studios - or they may be missing a specular image if they're older CC.

 

If you wanna show where you got some of the items/what they are I can try and see if they're up to date, etc.

I have a ton of SM Sims / Ephiny / Myobi & Lynx sims CCs and never had any issue with. As stated above, you prolly got some corrupted CCs or it even can come from a Mod that is outdated.

Make sure to have the last game version, and the last version of each mod (if there isn't any new mod version available for le last Sims4 build, remove the mod).

@thellama99 and @Crazy Doll thank your for your reply. I think that as you said @thellama99, they're outdated. (even if Lynx mods are not so old though) I found the link for Lynx by another player in a site where we can download mods for free which are normally paid mods (I know this is not great for the creators and I suppose that is my "reward" for not respecting their work :S)

 

For MYOBI, most of their work i download this time in their patreon work normally but when i looking for the last year of more year ago mods, it didn't work anymore (it's logic though)

 

Here, i zipped all the mods that don't work for me : MYOBI_LYNX.zip

When I click on the link, it doesn't download the zip, it just downloads attachment.php - Not sure if the file may be too big for the site, or if something else is going on but I sent you a PM
