Devious Devices chains bugged

Is there any fix for the chains to work properly? installing any kind of hdt doesnt work for me..
Im playing skyrim se with skse for ae 1.6.640 everything works fine just the chains are not working they just stuck on place

Chains doesn't work correctly in SE version of DD, and they never did. I don't understand the game physics myself so I can't give you explanation why.

So, there is nothing wrong with your setup, they just don't work. There were many discussion by epaple who actually understand game physics and it will still take long time before there is some kind of fix/patch (if its even possible).

Only way to make chains work is to use LE version of the game.

I JUST FOUND THE GODAMN FIX 

 

use FSMP - Faster HDT-SMP instead of normal HDT- SMP
