How to create devious items?

Hi,
I've been trying to create my own devious items for nice gear i found on this site or Nexus. Like Paragons suits, the Dwarven devious suit and for different piercings and plugs. But no success. I just don't get how they are put together.

 

In Creation Kit I've tried both from scratch. Making copies from the models and creating _Inventory, _rendered and ScriptInstance objects. And making copies from ZAZ devious suits and plugs and changing the AA to the new moddel.

This doesnt work. The device looks like it equips in the inventory but nothing shows on the char or the char gets invisible.

On some occation, when trying to change a catsuit to a Dwarven devious suit, I've eaven got at new cat suit inventory object equipped. Stil invisible body though.

 

I've googled to ty to find some information about creating devious devices but without luck.

 

Can anyone give me some pointers or direct me to a guide or something?
