Assistance Requested - Skin Mod for Tina

Recently was lucky enough to unlock Tina Armstrong. It seems that Metal neglected to create a standard skin mod for this girl as of the time of this post.

 

Searches for workarounds and substitutes lead to this topic but instructions are very unclear.

 

I have CostumeCustomizer with the BP Boobs patch but how to fully activate it from there is where I'd seek further clarification. Thanks.

HI-METAL does have a skin for Tina available if you want to try some other skins too. He made it when she released, so it got buried in the thread.
