Downloaded cmar penis but penis won’t show up on my sim and sliders are missing

I downloaded cmar adult female penis as accessory, but no sliders are coming up and when I click on it to add it to my sim, it won’t show up - I can add every other accessory just fine, just not this one! Also if it’s relevant, no ‘mark this female sim as having a penis’ option is coming up in the passion options! If anyone could help me fix this, I would greatly appreciate it!
