Random naked people

Hi, I have a problem that I'm not able to fix. I was looking if there's any topic talking about, but I can't find it.

 

The proble is very simple thing, some times there's some people walking around naked, or running or doing his businness, but naked.

Naturism and Exhibitionism switch are unchek as well as all nudity autonomy option what have I been able to find.

 

Why people keep hanging around naked?

I'm trying to keep the game as more "realistic" that it can be, and this is really annoyng.
