Is there a way to mess with the sliders on Cmar’s morphing penis to create a tapered tip?

So what I have in mind is something that’s thickest at the base and tapers down towards the tip, like a tentacle, almost. Is this at all possible/has anyone else created additional sliders that might help with this? (I am able to extend sliders with MasterController, btw, if that changes anything)
