Instant ctd in large area around Falkreath

So im at a complete loss here. There is a relatively large area that has become completely inaccessible because the game will instantly ctd if i approach it. The area includes the towns of Riverwood and Falkreath as well as my characters house Lakeview Manor. The problem seemed to appear out of nowhere since ive done nothing significant to that area in terms of modding and it was perfectly accessible before. The attached file is from me using coc to teleport just outside the broken cell and walking into it, hoping this would make the papyrus log say something useful. I dont know much about papyrus, so can anyone knowledgeable see something that might be causing this and tell me how to fix it?
