Sometimes skins have a male and female version, a merged version (both in one file), or only a version for one of the two. I downloaded some nice skins but they were female only so they created a similar effect on my sims and I had to either) 1. Find the male version of the skin or) 2. Not use the skin on the opposite gender.
sims4wrong Posted September 30, 2022 Author Posted September 30, 2022 I didn't use any skins. Female sims also have multiple nipples. The npc sims are the same.
