please help My sim can't get rid of cum

 I'm sick of finishing my game without saving because of this,

I'm using Nisa's WP and Turbo Driver's WW. I also Ella Noir Fetishes mod from LL

My sim is a prostitute. 

He just had sex and afterward washed his teeth and took a shower. He can't get rid of the cum.

Why?

I'm getting pretty desperate here.

I took everything from my Mods folder more than once, and put them back slowly and it helped, but somehow, it always get to happen again because I never pin pointed the problem that causes this.

 Can somebody help me?

I saw another post and removed Nisa's mod. Now I have to start back again
