CTD in southwest Glowing Sea

If I walk in the general direction of Virgil's Cave, I have a CTD. It started yesterday/last night and besides Project Valkyrie, the only other mod that is new, is MCG (which I deleted because of the restriction on masturbation and wanted to try it again), but besides those two, the entire mod list is unchanged, besides Factor (weapon mod), which shouldn't cause a CTD in any area.

 

I reinstalled twice, both times deleted everything with FO4. Deleted Project Valkyrie and still happened. I thought it could be MCG, since Galactic Zone did the same thing, but chalked it up to the Cappy quest. (it was the area where I did the whole save/load/quit mess to uninstall it, but that area of the Glowing Sea isn't)

 

Additionally, tried two fresh games and it still happened (did TMM 1, both times. CTD both times) and both files had no comps. First one, I used TAI (to avoid triggering the cultist, which was a test to see if she did it), grabbed the mag at Crater of Adam, then ran towards Virgil's Cave, CTD. CTD when I walked away from the entrance. The other, I went from Sentinel, CTD.

 

Besides MCG, only other thing I could think of, is some weird bug where you can't be in that area until the main quest sends you to Virgil, and since it is Bethesda....(haven't done the main quest since I started the Raider's Pet playthrough, which is when this whole mess started)

 

Edit: Saw another post saying to upload the crash report file fully and not post the text. I also found I had another mod that changes Glowing Sea; Ad Mortem.

 

Edit 2: On a whim, I deleted both MCG and Ad Mortem. That area is now playable. It was one of those two and required a complete fresh install (redownload and reinstall every mod but those two)
