Looking for a mod that makes death and pain more brutal (When your character is about to die and when you kill / damage enemies)

Their was two mods that did that, one for your female character she will start breathing heavy, yelling in pain, sometimes even sounding like she's about to cry near death. Another with enemy raiders, when you shot them or killed them they will yell in pain which made the tone of the game much darker when killing.
