Basically that and possibly I dunno the other artifacts too like Miraak's Sword or Staff summoning tentacles similar to Estrus, Clavicus Vile Helm that makes anyone want to have sex with you, or maybe Mace of Malog Bal causing nearby npcs to relentlessly pursuit and rape anyone hit by the weapon stuff like that I'm just spitballing ideas

dunno if its possible, but there is a mod called "immersive plugs" which turns lot of items to plugs
