Guest Posted September 20, 2022 Posted September 20, 2022 (edited) Hi guys, I've been trying to get this one thru without success: My understanding is that the head mesh normals get damaged once I use the merge vertex by distance in Blender. I've tried correct it using TimmyC's post processing tool, but no luck. I've tried export her head to .obj with TimmyC tool, edit in blender and put back in, however in this case the mesh loses weight. Anyone knows how could I get this fixed, or how I could edit the mesh without damaging the normals? Thanks in advance! Edited January 27, 2024 by Guest correcting spelling

Guest Posted December 5, 2023 Posted December 5, 2023 Just as an update, if anyone is having the same issue. For correcting body normals I've been using TimmyC's TMC-OBJ Post processing tool as per tutorial below: https://www.nexusmods.com/deadoralive5/mods/209 However, in this case, the normals needing to be corrcted were from Momiji's head, and not body. To do so, I've used the Breast Copy Machine Tool, and copied the normals (only the normals) from a vanilla head to this one. The result can be seen in the final mod below: https://www.nexusmods.com/deadoralive5/mods/220
