Issue between Estrus+, Milkmod and Inflation Framework

Hi,

I wrote a post in SL Inflation support topic, few hours ago but maybe it was'nt the right place, so I'm reposting here :

I've an issue with SLinflation. Indeed, I'm using 3BA body, estruschaurus+ and MME, XPMSSE (all updated at the last version) and impossible to make it working. There is no inflation at all.... And the body seems to be well setup, Fillherup(baka editionà is working perfecty well.  So sincerely, I don't understand what I've done wrong.

In the forum, I've applied the following adjustement, but it doesn't help...

Any Idea how to solve the problem?

Thanks

Back in the day it used to be that to get SLIF to work with other mods you needed patches. Is that still a thing? Got all the patches for all your mods? Correct versions too?

As for your papyrus log. Those initial 500 or so lines are a bit worrying. That's a lot of quests without scripts and properties without values. I wouldn't play a serious game with a setup like that, lets put it that way. I doubt that's relevant for this particular issue however. The patches typically replace NiOverride calls with ModEvents for SLIF and wouldn't show up as a property error even if it was done wrong.

Thank a lot for your reply... I'ven't seen any particular patch for Estrus+ and MME concerning inflation frameworks, except the CBBE_Julius.json that I've installed and set in inflation MCM.  Do you have a specific one in mind?

Concerning the errors in the papyrus.log, I'm trying to clean them... but it's not easy!

Thank for your help,

I replaced SLIF with my own thing a long time ago.

If things are still the same way they were back then, then the first thing to check is to see if SLIF shows Estrus in its mod list (in MCM). Also check to see if SLIF is set to apply any inflation on behalf of Estrus, this is also visible in MCM. If the values in SLIF are at 0 or Estrus is not in the mod list, then you'll need a compatibility patch. Otherwise the issue is most likely in your body. Either the pregnancy morph is missing, you're missing the tri files for morphs (BodySlide) or SLIF is set to "inflate" some other node (perhaps that is what the CBBE_Julius file is for?).

Edit: You'll probably get a better answer from someone who actually uses SLIF.

Thanks again.... I will check the setup of Estrus and SLIF. I hope that I will find something wrong in my current config. the 003_CBBE_SE_TULLIUSVER.json (and not julius.json as I wrote), should be used for the 3BA body, if my understanding is correct, to use the bodymorph....  But I'm really not an expert!

Otherwise, I hope that an user of the inflation framework has a solution to solve my issue.

Like Traison is mentioning I think, check to make sure the mod is registering in SLIF on your characters and npcs.  I just started using SLIF myself with MME and Hentai Pregnancy and it works in my game with 3BA without the patches.  I use my own customer morph config though.  I haven't tested Estrus + but I may look into that.

Thank BrSnap... I'm checking again but all the mod seem well detected in the inflation MCM menu. Do you let by default the Sl inflation setup or do you change something ( eg : keep nioverride or use percentage).

Thanks.

I set Nioverride all to zero for a 3 breast, butt, and belly.  Try that.  I think I read something that should be all zero's for some reason.  I can not remember the reason.  Not sure if that will help you.  If there are morph patches with the mod, like MME, then don't use that because SLIF will take care of  morphing.  If the steps are set to 10, I have the crank up the percentages to a couple hundred on each morph so I can even see the effect.  Not sure if the percentages is the problem for you though since one of the mods work for you.  Also, I set it to add max of 3 mods, I forgot what the setting is called.

I always found the naming on those unecessarily confusing, but basically NiOverride is the old method ("torpedo belly" effect) and "Percentage" which really should say something like Body Morphs is the new and preferred method. You'll need morphs to actually work in-game for this but if they work in racemenu they work here, probably easiest way to test. Otherwise, morphs are generated by BodySlide.

You are right, that's the .TRI files right?  I'm kind of new to this as well, but that's another thing to check @flapator if not already.  Traison may have mentioned that as well before.  Usually each piece of armor, even naked body, has a tri file in the same folder as the nif files, or at least they should be if you checked the Build Morphs box when using Bodyslide.

Side note, I was testing Estrus Chaurus+ for the first time in my game and it works.  Although, there was a little bit of a performance hit during the entire event of the egg incubation.  Framerate would have tiny skip about every 3-5 seconds.  Not that horrible though.  The mod does effect belly, breasts, and butt.  I am thinking because I have 3 mods stacked together doing morphing now.  Not only that, I had 5 of my followers infected as well.  I traveled and did a dungeon crawl in one of the dwemer ruins.  Lots of tentacle attacks in there.  Once the eggs were laid (?) and the body reverted back the morph sizes, the performance went back to normal.

Thanks ! I checked the build morph box... and it seems to work now on all the mod...

I will check more in detail tomorrow, but it looks good.

Thanks a lot!
