Looking for a simple mod that adds nudity to relevant events

I'm looking for a mod that adds nudity to some relevant events - for example, successful seductions, or events where two lovers are caught in the act. It doesn't make sense to me that characters are shown fully clothed in these events, in a game where nudity is accepted. Is there anything along these lines?

 

(Alternatively, is this simple to mod myself? No real experience modding CK but I once made an EU4 mission tree mod)
