Nemesis - Skeleton Arm Fix not working - Can't block in 3rd person while moving

This is an ancient issue we had when FNIS was new, but FNIS managed usually to fix this with its own patch. Now Nemesis is said to do it automatically, except not for me it seems. So here's the problem;

 

I want to do the swap to Nemesis in order to enjoy some of those extremely sick MCO animations among other things but after running Nemesis and generating behaviors, the right arm makes its grand return. No blocking while moving in third person, and magic cast with the right hand has no arm animation at all.  I have this issue for a longer time now and have tried every now and then to tackle it but ultimately lost motivation and turned to just taking breaks from skyrim. I'd like to unf*ck this once and for all and I need help. 

 

I managed to figure out that the problem is with the defaultfemale.hkx and defaultmale.hkx files Nemesis generates. Whatever it is putting into these is just screwing things up. If I use the same files from an older backup of the game, things work just fine, but those obviously are not Nemesis generated behaviors so I can't do anything with that.  Does anyone have an idea how or what exactly Nemesis does/puts into these hkx files? I need to somehow trace this where the origin of that issue is.

Sorry for the necro but did you ever find out what caused this? I seem to be having the same issue. If I run only fnis, everything is fine. The moment I run Nemesis, blocking/casting when moving doesn't work. As if the animation is just not there. 
I've scoured so many threads and some people say they get it working but none of them seem to be able to say how. It's driving me crazy.
