These are some other clothing creators that come to mind for me, I believe all of them have patreons.

 

S-club, Natalis, and Sugar Owl, make jewelry and accessories as well.

For clothes and stuffs like that I'm browsing almost daily on Simsdom.net, you can find pretty much everything sims-related to download, from skins to clothes, accessories, and they even have a tag for actual sims to download
