Nude comment mod

I'm looking for a mod that will.  

 1. make NPC's comment on other NPC's being nude

 2. Allows player to make comments about nude NPC's

 3 Nude NPC's reply to comments about their nudity

I don't know any that make player comment about npcs in that way, but other way around it exists, just problem all visible tats contribute to your exhibitionism fame, which includes stuff like apropos overlays, drool from survival etc
