No nipples in NSFW clothes

Bare with me if this was already asked. When one of my sims (female in particular) wears a NSFW outfit with exposed breasts, the nipples aren't there. The nipples are there when the sim is nude, so it's not a skin issue. Please help.

You can try going into CAS and equipping nipples as either Skindetail or Tattoo, that is what always works for me. The default WW nude body doesn't show them, probably because it thinks clothes are worn.
