Male Arousal Meter Not Working

How do I get the male to cum? The meter doesn't move at all but the female one does.

If you are talking about the "edge" meter, it's not really implemented in that way.  The "cum" effects are built into the animations themselves and not all animations have them.

 

So you don't really control it other than pressing Home key:  If the animation is not "staged" then you can use PgDn to change stages manually.  But if you are using UAP, most of the animations are staged for you already so they should play all the way through.  Some animations only have 1 stage, so if you press PgDn and are in the AAF UI and nothing changes, it means that there's nothing to change it to.  And of course, you can press End to end the animation.
