Package file for wicked whims not being detected and blank text showing in game in the notifications

Hey everyone. 

I put the mod in the right directory with the right folder structure.

The script mod shows up in the window at launch but the package mod does not and in game notifications have no text on them.

Custom content and mods are enabled in settings and so are script mods

I tried removing all the TSR mods and only keeping wicked whims in and still faced the same issue. Would appreciate any help with this

I have tried re-downloading and re-installing WW multiple times. Also tried to move the tuning.package file into the other folder where all the TSR package files are and it still was not being picked up.

I put the package file into the mods folder itself instead of being in mods/wickedwhims. This allowed it to be detected in the window on launch but when I tried to play it gave me this error in the notifications which used to be just an empty notification at first.

Update: I managed to get the mod working by putting the script and package files both directly into the mods instead of them being in Mods/WickedWhimsMod
