Can anyone make this hair CC?

Hi, i am currently on the hunt for someone that can make a hair custom content. as i am trying to recreate one of the main character of a comics called "Beyond Rubies" Published by "Mind control Comics" specficially i am trying to recreate the character julia. One of the things about the comic that has been a little fustrating to recreate is the hair as the hair in the comic is knowed to be increadbily large and long. I have provided snippets of the character hair, which i hope will provide a good reference. Sadly could not find a good panel with the hair from the back. Sorry about that.
