After entering the sex animation, the body shape is replaced with a male body shape, and it is not nude.

My character is a woman. Using CBBE shapes, shapes can be displayed normally. Can display nudity correctly. But once in a sex scene, She transforms into a man and wears boxers.

It sounds like you batch built male and female things at the same time.  They need to be done seperate, make sure you don't include male body's with female clothing or female body with male clothing.  Careful use of the "groups" filter should prevent this.
