Need smaller nipples to use for different body mods

So I've been using body mods such as Better Body, EVE and TIT-E. I like the small version of TIT-E and I want the same size of nipple for other breast mods.

Anyone know any good nipple overlay or something? or at least how can I change the mesh of BB and EVE to have smaller nipples? (I won't publish them without credits)

btw I tried this one http://sexysims.info/download.php?t=176130. but it didn't look good on BB and EVE.
