All animations gone

I installed several mods and when I started up the game, every single person is in that neutral pose where they stand stock straight with feet shoulder's width apart and hands at their sides. I'm fairly amateurish when it comes to custom animations. Can anyone help?

you need to open the FNIS program in data/tools..

 

called GenerateFNISforUsers. and that should fix your problem
