Face/body tattoo - character preset?

I use this preset Lilian Nyr - High Poly Character Preset - RaceMenu at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com) but face and body tattoo are "external"
but if I create simple character on my own, this part of body are available for tattoo. How can I make this preset available for face/body tattoo`s, which mod make this problem ? and how fix it
