Mass Effect Legendary Edition - Nude Mods (In combat)

Hey all,

I'm trying to find a nude mod for Mass Effect Legendary Edition.
It seems the only ones there are for the cutscenes or in the citadel and they're not even really nude.

Would anyone know if there are any Nude mods that can be used in the field and during combat? No armour or helmet?
If that exists, please reply with a link I would really appreciate it.
