Would doing this break Lovers?

I've come across alot of animations either I dislike or just don't line up and work well.  If I removed the INI file and meshes for certain animations, would the different lovers mods just pick another one to use or would I CTD or have the pretty MISSING mesh icon show up?

It will most likely break your game or show the red exclamation mark. But you could try moving the files to another location and try it yourself, if it doesn't work, just copy them back.

I'll try that then.  The question now would be does anyone happen to have a list of what the 300+ ini files animations are?  hehe  Just kidding, I'll sort it out.  Is there a way though to start an animation with the ~ key?  Would save a ton of time trying to reload alot and see what's what.

you can remove any animation as long as it is not 1 to 10. Any other you can delete or replace just fine, the lovers system is setup to always look for 1 to 10 so if these are missing boom CTD..

 

just make sure if you do remove the meshes to also remove the corresponding ini if you leave either one in you will get errors when you start your game..

 

So always make sure to keep this in check.

All of these most be removed to keep the system in check.. leave one of these intact will cause trouble..

Thanks Donkey!  I know I've asked a ton of questions already.=/  Companion Vilja is ok to use with Lovers?  She seemed rather complex, so I've been putting off installing her; but I'm lonely and want a companion.  ^^  And I saw on the Other Adult section there was a BBB Animation pack, is that part of the Resource pack now that I got from here and if not, where can I snag that since the link on that post is broke?

I use Vilja mod too and i did not found conflicts with Lovers

One trick I have used to filter through the different animations is to open the ini files and renumber the groups {set xLoversPkrQuest.sposgroup to ____ (0-4 are the groups)} keep track of which group it was in of course.  This way you can cycle through a bunch of animations with the z key and of course check their numbers with the ~ key.
