Anyone know where to find Fluff's Hybrid Khajiit?

I'm looking for the mod for Fluff's Hybrid Khajiit but it says it's been hidden on the nexus https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/10112. This is the other mod that i found that is similar https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/28702, is there a way to get this applied to NPCs instead for finding the Fluff's Hybrid Khajiit? If anyone know or has it and can link it that would be great

How do I install the fix and the CBBE textures? I've installed base and fix but the eyes are still floating.
