HELP PLEASE! Some NPCs have crazy physique and gap between penis and body

I switched from SE to AE and reinstalled it last week with all mods up to date. I use CBBE, RaceMenu, SOS and HIMBO for my male character. Some basegame characters now also use my self-created body, some NPCs have extremely fat asses and there is a gap between the penis and the body of many NPCs, the SOS Penis Smurf or VectorPlexus sticks out from the body. Does anyone know what the problem is and what I have to do so that only my character uses the Himbo body and all NPCs use their own basegame body? Is it the load order? I installed the mods in the order recommended in the guides here on Loverslab and am using Mod Organizer 2 and Loot, all up to date.
