Nemesis and weird selective T-poses

Hi, I have been using mods for a while and ever since I have downloaded Nemesis both the dogs and bears of Skyrim are stuck in a T pose and can't do anything at all.
At first I thaugh it might be because of a mod conflict with Fnis so I disabled the both of them (Even went so far as to reset my entier mod loader) but nothing worked so far.

Even try runing the game without mods on and they are somehow still stuck like this, and this kinda suck since it break the immersion by a lot.
