ORomance VS Sexlab?

I'm new at this, and keep being recommended Sexlab as the most versatile framework for Skyrim porn. BUT ORomance seems to be exactly what I'm looking for on several counts, and I haven't found anything for Sexlab that covers these particular bases well. So, how good is oRomance actually, and is there anything for Sexlab that offers competition on things like dating sim-type mechanics and seducing married characters/netori (with actual possible consequences)?

Sexlab is only an animation framework.  It does not implement relationship mechanics, arousal, etc. on its own.  Its sole purpose is to play animation sets.

 

For the functionality you're looking for, you need to explore Sexlab-related mods.

I'm aware of that, yes; I'm asking about the mods. Things like Sexlab Aroused, Defeat, and Romance, for instance, seem to have some of what I'm looking for, but not all of it and not as robust as I want. Should I update the OP to make that clearer?

It would help a little, yes.

 

What would help more is if you were more detailed about what sorts of mod features/systems/interactions/etc. you are looking for.  There's not a lot of people who are well-versed in both Sexlab and ORomance features/mods.  Most people who have tried both have merely dabbled in one and use the other as their mainstay.

So something like, "Sexlab setup VS OSex setup for....dating sim type gameplay, seducing random NPCs as the whim takes me without just pressing an all-powerful 'we fuck now button', and stealing peoples' wives with consequences"? At this point I'm really leaning towards just biting the bullet and trying out ORomance and seeing if it works at all, but I'm always nervous with shit like this and I keep seeing Sexlab recommended, never OSex, which makes me think I must be missing something. The fact that it'll definitely take me forever whichever option I choose doesn't help.
