Not seeing TURBODRIVER_Tuning and strap on not showing

I've followed the instructions for downloading WhickedWhims, but I don't see 'Tuning' show up in the cc popup that comes up when starting the game. I can use the mod (I can see the option when clicking on sims), so should I just ignore this?

 

When I go to the strap on settings, it says to choose a default strap on but there are no options for me to choose from. But, when I am in create-a-sim mode, there is one there. And I have the setting on for autodetection of gender to put on a strap on during sex.
